Administration

General Duties:

  • Be an advisor to the MPOA board on administrative matters pertaining to the operations of the board and the general rules for living at The Moorings.
  • Purchase and maintain adequate insurance coverage for the MPOA, including but not limited to: Property, General Liability, Directors & Officers, Worker's Compensation and Non-owned & Hired Auto insurance.
  • In late fall, with the consent of the President, form a nominating committee as outlined in the Bylaws, Article IV, Section 4, to select nominations to fill vacancies for those members who are rotating off the Board.
