Southwinds at The Moorings has 81 condominium residences and eight cottages on the west side of the courtyard homes located on property. A guard service is maintained at the front gate to monitor access to the property. There is a full-time, live-in Property Manager supported by two additional full-time employees.
Southwinds amenities include a heated outdoor spa, a lap pool and a cloverleaf pool for year-round swimming. There is a crossover walkway over the dunes for private access to the ocean beach.
