Consisting of six separate buildings containing a total of 59 condominiums and associated garages and surrounded on three sides by water, Spinnaker Point is a great location for boaters. There are 60 finger piers for smaller watercraft and three T-Docks with 36 deep water slips that can accommodate boats up to 40 feet.
Spinnaker Point is a very active community. Monthly parties, which are held poolside, begin in November and continue through April. The community grill is very popular and is a great place to meet the neighbors on any given night. Almost every afternoon at 3 PM, you'll find a group in the pool doing their aerobic exercises to music. The property is managed by Elliott Merrill Community Management.
